<h2>2. Eligibility for Returns</h2>
<p>You may return eligible products within <strong>7 days</strong> of purchase (in-store) or <strong>7 days from delivery</strong> (online), provided that:</p>

<h2>3. Non-Returnable or Non-Refundable Items</h2>

  <li>Special orders or custom-mixed items;</li>
  <li>Opened, used, or damaged products not due to our error;</li>
  <li>Clearance or sale items; and</li>
  <li>Items returned after the 7-day return period.</li>

<h2>4. Defective or Damaged Products</h2>
<p>If a product is defective, faulty, or damaged upon receipt:</p>

  <li>Notify us within <strong>48 hours</strong> of delivery or collection;</li>
  <li>Provide your <strong>order number</strong>, <strong>product details</strong>, and <strong>photos</strong> of the issue;</li>
  <li>We will assess and, if validated, offer a replacement, exchange, or refund (including delivery fees, if applicable).</li>

<p>Colortone Paints CC reserves the right to inspect any returned product before approving a replacement or refund.</p>

<h2>5. Refund Process</h2>

  <li>Please allow <strong>5–10 business days</strong> for processing;</li>
  <li><strong>Delivery fees are non-refundable</strong> unless the return results from our error or a defective product.</li>
